FEMALE GROUP TRAINING
Michelle runs "Fun Female Fitness Classes" where you will get Fit, Trimmed, Toned & feeling Fabulous! Classes are only $10 and are held Monday's & Thursday's at 9.30am at Galston Recreation Reserve, Galston Road, Galston.
ATHLETICS COACH
Michelle is a qualified Level 3 Athletics Coach, having been a Track & Field Athlete for over 10 years Michelle has taken her passion for the sport into coaching. Working an Athletics Coach with Little Athletics and within various Primary School and High Schools within Sydney.
ATHLETE
Michelle is a Track & Field Athlete with extensive achievements at State and National Level in the 100m, 200m & Long Jump events and to date, she still holds junior records. Michelle has also competed in and won a Professional Pro Race. Michelle has been very fortunate to be trained by three highly successful and recommended coaches within the industry.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Michelle is a freelance Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience within the health & fitness industry. Michelle has worked with people of all different ages & fitness levels and has helped all her clients achieve their goals.
