Heading to the local park or oval this week?? Or are you luck enough to have a strong bench or chair in your backyard?? Well it’s time to try the “Bench Workout Circuit”.. This circuit includes Cardio, Lower Body, Upper Body and Short Sprint Bursts”..

See how you go, if you can’t do as many repetitions feel free to decrease or increase if it is too easy! See if you can complete 4 rounds of this circuit within 20 minutes and try for 2-3 times per week!
