Michelle Riley - Workout - Theraband Burn

Let’s get our burn on with this Theraband Burn circuit of Abs, Butt & Thighs. The Theraband ads additional resistance to make your exercises a little bit harder. You can also do this circuit without using a Theraband. If you are new to Abs, Butt & Thigh exercises start with one round of this circuit and then work your way up to two and three, try completing this circuit 2-3 times a week.
