Michelle Riley - Workout 6 - Cardio Burn

Ladies it is time to try my Cardio Burn Circuit... Increase your heart rate, burn some calories, improve your fitness and get lower body toning. Try and complete 4 x repetitions of this circuit within 10-15 minutes with a short 30-40 second break between each set. Aim to complete this cardio burn circuit 2-3 times per week!
