Ladies why not try this whole body workout using dumbbells. Tone your Upper & Lower Body as well as your Abdominals using your dumbbells.

Aim to complete 2-3 sets of this workout with 12-15 repetitions of each exercise, for best results complete this circuit 2-3 times a week.
