Ladies it is time to get your therabands out and time to get your burn on with this leg, butt abs abs circuit. This great circuit is under 10 minutes and you will get the ultimate burn! Aim to complete 2-3 sets of this circuit 2-3 times per week. If you do not have a theraband you can still do this circuit.
