Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and let’s get burning.. 🍓Star Jumps x 20 🍓Side Squats x 20 🍓Side Step Squats x 20 🍓Lunge with Leg Raise x 20 (each leg) 🍓Plank Chest Touches x 20 🍓Mountain Climbers x 20 🍓Triceps Dips x 20 🍓Bicycle Crunches x 20 🍓Opposite Side Crunch Touches x 20 🍓Single Leg Glute Bridges x 20 (each leg) 🍓Scissor Abs x 20 🍓Big Jump with Back Crab Walks x 10 Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times!
