Ladies.. itโs time to get our burn on with this weeks Ladies Burn Circuit.. Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and find a ball, dumbbell or drink bottle that you can use for your upper body work and letโs get burning... ๐50 x High Knees ๐20 x Squats ๐20 x Squat Pulses ๐50 x Butt Kicks ๐20 x Side Lunge Touch ๐20 x Side Lunge Touch ๐20 x Lunge Pulses x 2 sets on each leg ๐20 x Shoulder Press ๐20 x Triceps Extension ๐20 x Biceps Curls ๐20 x Ball Woodchops (10 each side) ๐20 x Ab Side Twist ๐20 x Sit Ups ๐20 x Scissor Abs ๐20 x Glute Bridges ๐20 Second Glute Bridge Hold Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times!
