Ladies.. itโ€™s time to get our burn on with this weeks Ladies Burn Circuit.. Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and find a ball, dumbbell or drink bottle that you can use for your upper body work and letโ€™s get burning... ๐ŸŽ50 x High Knees ๐ŸŽ20 x Squats ๐ŸŽ20 x Squat Pulses ๐ŸŽ50 x Butt Kicks ๐ŸŽ20 x Side Lunge Touch ๐ŸŽ20 x Side Lunge Touch ๐ŸŽ20 x Lunge Pulses x 2 sets on each leg ๐ŸŽ20 x Shoulder Press ๐ŸŽ20 x Triceps Extension ๐ŸŽ20 x Biceps Curls ๐ŸŽ20 x Ball Woodchops (10 each side) ๐ŸŽ20 x Ab Side Twist ๐ŸŽ20 x Sit Ups ๐ŸŽ20 x Scissor Abs ๐ŸŽ20 x Glute Bridges ๐ŸŽ20 Second Glute Bridge Hold Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times!
