๐ŸŽ20 x Star Jumps ๐ŸŽ20 x Squats with Side Twist ๐ŸŽ20 x Squats with Side Twist ๐ŸŽ20 x Butt Kicks ๐ŸŽ20 x Single Leg Touches ๐ŸŽ20 x Single Leg Touches ๐ŸŽ20 x Squat with Kick ๐ŸŽ20 x Squat with Kick ๐ŸŽ10 x Rounds of Side Crabs ๐ŸŽ10 x Jump Squats ๐ŸŽ20 x Push Ups ๐ŸŽ10 x Leg Raises and 10 x Cross Overs ๐ŸŽ10 x Leg Raises and 10 x Cross Overs ๐ŸŽ20 x Opposite Arm and Leg Raises ๐ŸŽ20 x Opposite Arm and Leg Raises ๐ŸŽ20 x Opposite Arm Toe Touches ๐ŸŽ20 x Mountain Climbers ๐ŸŽ20 Second Plank Hold Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times!
