Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and letโ€™s get burning... ๐ŸŽ20 x High Knees ๐ŸŽ20 x Side Lunge Touch (10 each side) ๐ŸŽ20 x High Knees ๐ŸŽ20 x Side Lunge Touch (10 each side) ๐ŸŽ20 x Side Taps ๐ŸŽ10 x Squats with 2 x Pulses ๐ŸŽ20 x Side Taps ๐ŸŽ10 x Squat with 2 x Pulses ๐ŸŽ20 x Squats ๐ŸŽ40 x Lunges ( 20 each side) ๐ŸŽSquat Hold with 20 x Punches ๐ŸŽSquat Hold with 20 x Upper Cuts ๐ŸŽSquat Hold with 40 x Side Hits (20 each side) ๐ŸŽ20 x Bicycle Cycles ๐ŸŽ20 x Triceps Dips ๐ŸŽ20 x Leg Raises ๐ŸŽ20 x Triceps Dips ๐ŸŽ20 x Side Leg Raises ๐ŸŽ20 x Frontal Touch Raises ๐ŸŽ20 x Side Leg Raises ๐ŸŽ20 x Frontal Touch Raises ๐ŸŽ20 x Super Mans ๐ŸŽ10 x Push Ups with Arm Reachers ๐ŸŽ20 x Leg and Arm Abs ๐ŸŽ20 x Legs in the air Abs ๐ŸŽ40 x Opposite Abs (20 each side) ๐ŸŽ20 Second Ab Hold Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times!
