Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and letโs get burning... ๐20 x High Knees ๐20 x Side Lunge Touch (10 each side) ๐20 x High Knees ๐20 x Side Lunge Touch (10 each side) ๐20 x Side Taps ๐10 x Squats with 2 x Pulses ๐20 x Side Taps ๐10 x Squat with 2 x Pulses ๐20 x Squats ๐40 x Lunges ( 20 each side) ๐Squat Hold with 20 x Punches ๐Squat Hold with 20 x Upper Cuts ๐Squat Hold with 40 x Side Hits (20 each side) ๐20 x Bicycle Cycles ๐20 x Triceps Dips ๐20 x Leg Raises ๐20 x Triceps Dips ๐20 x Side Leg Raises ๐20 x Frontal Touch Raises ๐20 x Side Leg Raises ๐20 x Frontal Touch Raises ๐20 x Super Mans ๐10 x Push Ups with Arm Reachers ๐20 x Leg and Arm Abs ๐20 x Legs in the air Abs ๐40 x Opposite Abs (20 each side) ๐20 Second Ab Hold Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times!
