Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and letโs get burning... ๐50 x Fast Feet ๐20 x Squat Reaches ๐20 x Lunge Pulses ๐20 x Lunges Pulses ๐20 x Star Jumps ๐20 x Side Twist ๐20 x Side Twist ๐20 x Squat Hold Pulses (10 each side) ๐20 x Squat Hold Pulses (10 each side) ๐20 x Knee Ups ๐20 x Knee Ups ๐20 x Squat with Front Kicks ๐20 x Squat with Front Kicks ๐20 x Push Ups ๐20 x Knee Abs (10 each Side) ๐20 x Donkey Kicks (10 each side) ๐20 x Side Leg Raises (10 each side) ๐20 x Plank Hold Chest Touches ๐10 x Glute Bridges ๐10 x Sit Ups ๐10 x Glute Bridges ๐10 x Ab Side Sit Up Twists ๐10 x Leg Side to Front Raises ๐10 x Leg Side to Front Raises Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times
