Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and letโ€™s get burning... ๐ŸŽ50 x Fast Feet ๐ŸŽ20 x Squat Reaches ๐ŸŽ20 x Lunge Pulses ๐ŸŽ20 x Lunges Pulses ๐ŸŽ20 x Star Jumps ๐ŸŽ20 x Side Twist ๐ŸŽ20 x Side Twist ๐ŸŽ20 x Squat Hold Pulses (10 each side) ๐ŸŽ20 x Squat Hold Pulses (10 each side) ๐ŸŽ20 x Knee Ups ๐ŸŽ20 x Knee Ups ๐ŸŽ20 x Squat with Front Kicks ๐ŸŽ20 x Squat with Front Kicks ๐ŸŽ20 x Push Ups ๐ŸŽ20 x Knee Abs (10 each Side) ๐ŸŽ20 x Donkey Kicks (10 each side) ๐ŸŽ20 x Side Leg Raises (10 each side) ๐ŸŽ20 x Plank Hold Chest Touches ๐ŸŽ10 x Glute Bridges ๐ŸŽ10 x Sit Ups ๐ŸŽ10 x Glute Bridges ๐ŸŽ10 x Ab Side Sit Up Twists ๐ŸŽ10 x Leg Side to Front Raises ๐ŸŽ10 x Leg Side to Front Raises Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times
