Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and letโs get burning... ๐20 x Side to Side Touches ๐10 x Half Side Lunges ๐10 x Full Side Lunges ๐10 x Half Side Lunges ๐10 x Full Side Lunges ๐10 x Jump Squats ๐10 x Squat Pulses ๐10 x Jump Squats ๐10 x Squat Pulses ๐20 x Alternate Lunges ๐50 x Butt Kicks ๐20 x Alternate Lunges ๐50 x Butt Kicks ๐20 x Triceps Dips ๐20 x Triceps Dips with Leg in the Air (10 each side) ๐20 x Ab Side Twist ๐20 x Bicycle Crunches ๐20 x Ab Side Twist ๐20 x Scissor Abs ๐10 x Opposite Arm and Leg Extensions ๐10 Second Hold ๐10 x Opposite Arm and Leg Extensions ๐10 Second Hold ๐10 x Push Ups ๐10 Second Plank Hold Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times
