Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and letโ€™s get burning... ๐ŸŽ20 x Side to Side Touches ๐ŸŽ10 x Half Side Lunges ๐ŸŽ10 x Full Side Lunges ๐ŸŽ10 x Half Side Lunges ๐ŸŽ10 x Full Side Lunges ๐ŸŽ10 x Jump Squats ๐ŸŽ10 x Squat Pulses ๐ŸŽ10 x Jump Squats ๐ŸŽ10 x Squat Pulses ๐ŸŽ20 x Alternate Lunges ๐ŸŽ50 x Butt Kicks ๐ŸŽ20 x Alternate Lunges ๐ŸŽ50 x Butt Kicks ๐ŸŽ20 x Triceps Dips ๐ŸŽ20 x Triceps Dips with Leg in the Air (10 each side) ๐ŸŽ20 x Ab Side Twist ๐ŸŽ20 x Bicycle Crunches ๐ŸŽ20 x Ab Side Twist ๐ŸŽ20 x Scissor Abs ๐ŸŽ10 x Opposite Arm and Leg Extensions ๐ŸŽ10 Second Hold ๐ŸŽ10 x Opposite Arm and Leg Extensions ๐ŸŽ10 Second Hold ๐ŸŽ10 x Push Ups ๐ŸŽ10 Second Plank Hold Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times
