Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and let’s get burning... 20 x Front Kicks 20 x Squats 20 x Star Jumps 20 x Squats 20 x Lunge Pulses 10 x Back Lunges 20 x Lunge Pulses 10 x Back Lunges 50 x Butt Kicks 10 x Squats with Front Kick 10 x Squat Pulses 10 x Squat with Front Kick 10 x Squat Pulses 10 x Knee Raises 10 x Leg Kicks 10 x Knee Raises 10 x Leg Kicks 10 x Modified Burpee 10 x Sit Ups 20 x Ab Side Twist 20 x Ab Cross Overs 10 x Sit Ups 20 x Ab Side Twist 20 x Ab Cross Overs 20 x Glute Bridges 20 x Side Leg Raises 20 x Leg Circles (10 in each direction) 20 x Side Leg Raises 20 x Leg Circles (10 in each direction) Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times
