Exercise can be hard, especially if you don't really enjoy it, but working out in a FUN environment can be motivating and easier to get you moving.. Remember that the hardest part is "SHOWING UP" once you are there you can achieve anything.
As an athlete and a Health and Fitness leader I to do find it hard to exercise some days.. trust me I also have my ups and downs BUT.. I remember that no one is going to do it for me so put your workout clothes and just do it!
