1 Minute on the clock for each exercise with 5 exercises in total!
Working on your Cardio, Lower Body, Upper Body and Core.
1. High Knees
2. Jump Squats
3. Push Ups
4. Triceps Dips
5. Plank Hold
⭐️Have a 1 minute rest after your Plank Hold and aim to do this circuit 3-4 times.. Have fun and let’s get MOVING!
