Here are some of my top 8 tips to get you started... 1๏ธโฃ Refresh your Eating Plan - quit the sugar, processed foods, refined carbs and increase your protein, add more greens ๐ฅฆ๐ฅฌ๐ฅ and good carbs ๐ 2๏ธโฃ Watch your Portion Sizes - watch how much you are eating and remember calories in vs calories out ๐ฝ 3๏ธโฃ Drink more water - increase your daily water consumption to help hydrate your body and flush out toxins ๐ง 4๏ธโฃ Move your Bodies - Try and move your body each day - start with a gentle 20 minute walk a day ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ช 5๏ธโฃ Plan and Set your Goals - Write them down and share them with the people close to you so you can keep yourself accountable โ๐ป๐ 6๏ธโฃ Find Exercise that you enjoy - we all like different forms of exercise so find something that you enjoy and can stick too - ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ช๐ด๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐๐ปโโ๏ธโน๐ปโโ๏ธ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐คธโโ๏ธ 7๏ธโฃ Plan your Weekly Exercise - add your exercise into your weekly schedule and keep this appointment with yourself! ๐ฉโ๐ป 8๏ธโฃ Donโt Think just Do - Consistency is the Key! ๐๐ - We all think too much about our exercise and sometimes we can talk ourselves out of MOVING OUR BODIES - get your workout clothes out and donโt find excuses.. stay consistent with your exercise and achieving your goals WILL HAPPEN... ๐ฏ Now go MOVE YOUR BODIES... โ ย
