Make a healthy change for YOU!
Start simple and build...
1 - Start by MOVING your Body - go for a 20-30 minute walk
2 - Start by EATING a healthy balanced diet - focus on eating clean food from Monday to Friday and then allow yourself a little treat on the weekend
3 - Start by DRINKING more water - add an extra glass of water to your day
4 - Start by SLEEPING more - Try and go to bed an extra 30-60 minutes
5 - Start by being more POSITIVE - Be thankful for your health and what you have in your life!
