✔️ $10 to join ✔️ No Sugar, no Processed Foods ✔️ Clean Carbs, Protein, Lots of Green Vegetables & Good Fats ✔️ 2.5L of Water a day ✔️ Aim to achieve 12,000 steps a day ✔️ Workout 5 days a week (weights, Cardio etc) ✔️ 10min Stretch Routine ✔️ Weekly Food Plan to follow ✔️ Weekly Exercise Challenge ✔️ Motivation, support and all the encouragement you need!
