6 Weeks till Summer Challenge...


Runs from Monday 19th October 2020 - Monday 30th November 2020 - letโ€™s get our Summer Ready! ๐Ÿ’ƒ


The challenge is $10 ๐Ÿ’ฐ and includes the following;

1. Daily Water Intake = 2L ๐Ÿ’ง 2. Daily Step Count between 10,000 - 13,000 ( so between 8km - 10km per day) ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฃ 3. Exercise Challenges - will consist of 3 x weekly challenges ๐Ÿ’ช โ€ข Max Plank Hold โ€ข Max Push Ups within 1 minute โ€ข Max Burpees within 1 minute 4. Weight Loss - we will all be different with what we will and wonโ€™t be able to achieve by the goal will be between 500g - 1kg per week โœ๐Ÿป 5. CMโ€™s Tracking - we will be taking measurements of our Belly Buttons & Glutes for weekly tracking! ๐Ÿ“ 6. Health Eating Plan - Target will be 80/20 - Monday - Friday - clean eating & Saturday - Sunday you maybe have 1 x treat! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ“ โ€ข No processed foods ๐Ÿ•๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ” โ€ข No added sugar ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿซ โ€ข No alcohol (Monday - Friday) ๐Ÿน๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿท 7. Be Active at least 7 days a week ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธโ›น๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ 8. Improve Flexibility - we will be doing a Hamstring Sit & Reach Test ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ 9. Improve Sleep - aim for 6-8 hours per night ๐Ÿ›Œ 10. Improve Mental Health, Positive Thoughts, Overall Well-being, Making Healthier Choices, Creating time in your schedule for YOU! ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ
