๐๐ HERE WE GO LADIES - IT IS CHALLENGE TIME AGAIN! ๐๐
6 Weeks till Summer Challenge...
Runs from Monday 19th October 2020 - Monday 30th November 2020 - letโs get our Summer Ready! ๐
The challenge is $10 ๐ฐ and includes the following;
1. Daily Water Intake = 2L ๐ง 2. Daily Step Count between 10,000 - 13,000 ( so between 8km - 10km per day) ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ฃ 3. Exercise Challenges - will consist of 3 x weekly challenges ๐ช โข Max Plank Hold โข Max Push Ups within 1 minute โข Max Burpees within 1 minute 4. Weight Loss - we will all be different with what we will and wonโt be able to achieve by the goal will be between 500g - 1kg per week โ๐ป 5. CMโs Tracking - we will be taking measurements of our Belly Buttons & Glutes for weekly tracking! ๐ 6. Health Eating Plan - Target will be 80/20 - Monday - Friday - clean eating & Saturday - Sunday you maybe have 1 x treat! ๐๐ฅฌ๐๐ โข No processed foods ๐๐๐ โข No added sugar ๐ซ๐ญ๐ซ โข No alcohol (Monday - Friday) ๐น๐ฅ๐ท 7. Be Active at least 7 days a week ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธ๐๐ปโโ๏ธโน๐ปโโ๏ธ 8. Improve Flexibility - we will be doing a Hamstring Sit & Reach Test ๐คธโโ๏ธ 9. Improve Sleep - aim for 6-8 hours per night ๐ 10. Improve Mental Health, Positive Thoughts, Overall Well-being, Making Healthier Choices, Creating time in your schedule for YOU! ๐๐๐
