Booty Bands!

It is time to up the 'Burn Factor' on our Zoom Classes & Outdoor Ladies Fitness classes...

So if you have a Booty Bands at home.. now is the time to get it out and dust it off.. if not I have just purchased some new ones.. they are $3.00 each so please let me know if you would like one?
