š„³š„³ Itās time to get your dancing shoes on and get ready for our first challenge of 2021! š„³š„³
This challenge is to help you get back into your Health & Fitness and find some motivation, consistency and start to shed any weight you may have put on our the festive season!
āNew Year - New You - 2021 - 2 x sleeps to go!
This challenge is completely FREE and a chance for you to re-group, re-focus and start a fresh for the New Year!
Goals of the challenge are;
1ļøā£ Exercise - Move your body at least 7 days a week - doing whatever exercise you enjoy! Aim for 8,000-10,000 steps a dayš£
2ļøā£ Clean Eating - clean up your diet with good healthy nutritious food! Cut out your sugar, processed foods, alcohol and start to introduce lots of clean healthy food - lots of fresh fruit & vegetables to help cleanse your body & mind šššš«š„š„¦š„¬š„
3ļøā£ Water - stop drinking your soft drinks and fruit juices and start to increase your water intake - aim for 1-1.5L of water a day š§š§
4ļøā£ Stretching - Start to improve your circulation in your body and stretch daily - aim for a 5-10 minute stretch, relax and re-fresh your body and mind š§āāļøš¤øāāļø
5ļøā£ Sleep - start to get your body back into a good sleeping routine, go to bed an hour earlier to help rest and repair your body. Rest is very important for your recovery & weight management š“š“š
