From this Thursday 29th October 2020 we will be doing '30min Express Burners' - this just means I will be upping the intensity, trying to keep our heart rates up and burning those calories!
I have attached the schedule for you all - but here is what you will be getting for your $20/week
Monday & Thursday's - 30min Express HIIT Session
Wednesday's - 30min Express Core, Glute & Thigh Burner
I have also filmed the following sessions (which I will revamp every 3 weeks for variety)
* 1 x 30min Express Cardio Burner
* 1 x 30min Express Booty Band Burner
* 1 x 10min Stretch, Relax & Unwind Session
That way you can enjoy my online company more throughout the week!
If you haven't tried zoom and you would like to please let me know and I can organise the 'Live Session' Link or email you through the recordings so you can do the workout in your own time in the comfort of your home!
No changes to our 'Outdoor Bootcamp Classes' we will still be doing the 'HIIT Style Workouts' with extras (running/ walking lunges... haha all the FUN things!)
Outdoor Sessions are:
Monday's - 8.30am & 9.30am
Thursday's - 8.30am & 9.30am
