Teen Girl Wellness Program!

💜💜 • Today I had the fabulous opportunity to talk to a wonderful group of Teen Girls at the ‘Teen Girl Wellness Event’ This is a fabulous event which was put on by two wonderful industry Ladies - Marianna & Jo! • 💜💜

This was a fantastic chance for me to chat to the young teens all things Health, Fitness and my experiences when I was young until now!

This is something I would defiantly love to add as part of my business and being able to connect with the younger generation!

P.s.. fun fact.. I actually don’t like public speaking.. so as nervous as these girls were meeting me.. I was very nervous giving my talk 🤣
